The lawsuit between Dominion Voting and Fox News has ended abruptly with a $787.5 million dollar settlement. Because former president Donald Trump attacked the voting machine company, falsely claiming that it rigged the election to add votes to President Biden, the company suffered harm.
“Lies have consequences,” Dominion’s lawyers said. Dominion Voting Systems was suing the TV network for $1.6 billion because Fox knowingly spread lies about its voting machines after the 2020 US election
This kind of lawsuit will befall Trump in the coming months. Trump holds responsibility for everything, but the real culprits are the beliefs of those who put him in office. Those beliefs, rather than people, are bad.
The world’s problems are a result of destructive thinking, false news and simplistic physicalism and all the negativity that comes with it.

Former President Donald Trump is the target of so many lawsuits we are giving you a list of those who are suing Trump in all the different categories of cases. The police officers who are suing Trump in 2023 for inciting a riot and attacking the Capitol of the United States on January 6th, 2021, are mentioned below.

Who is suing Trump in 2023 for his role in January 6th for inciting a riot and attacking the U.S. Capitol?
Six police officers are suing Trump in 2023 for the January 6 attack of the capital. Eleven members of Congress and capitol police officers have formally accused Trump of inciting a riot in attacking the capital on January 6th, 2021. There are at least six separate lawsuits against Trump by Capitol police officers and others for the January 6th attack. All of them are claiming Trump incited a riot and encouraged the attack of the Capitol of the United States.
Trump’s lawyers claim that he has immunity against these lawsuits, that he is shielded from civil liability in connection to the January 6 attack of the capital. However, a federal judge has rejected this assertion, as has the Department of Justice.
The Justice Department has released a statement that Trump can be sued by police officers for the January 6 attack of the United states capitol. The DOJ said Thursday that police officers can sue Trump for the violence at the U.S. Capitol on January 6, 2021.
The Justice Department’s Civil Division attorneys announced in a court filing in the U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia that Donald J Trump does not have absolute immunity from multiple civil lawsuits filed by police officers and members of Congress. These claims seek to hold Trump liable for damages resulting from inciting a riot and attacking the capital.
Presidential rights do not include incitement of imminent private violence. The president only has the right to speak on proper functions of the presidency.
The court brief does not state that Trump is liable for inciting a riot and attacking the capital, civilly, or criminally. The brief does urge the appeals court to dismiss Trump’s immunity claim and return the cases to a lower court for further litigation.
Capitol Police officers, James Blassingame and Sidney Hemby, and eleven members of Congress are suing Trump in 2023 for January 6th and his role inciting a riot and attacking the capitol.
All claims hold Trump liable for injuries or damage caused during the riot.
U.S. District Judge Amit Mehta dismissed Trump’s immunity claim in February 2022. The speech Trump gave during the Jan. 6 rally on the Ellipse, her ruling stated, cannot be considered part of his official presidential duties.

The public outcry for justice should theoretically pressure U.S. Attorney General Merrick B. Garland to subpoena and indict Trump.
Our system of laws was not designed to protect us from a overthrow of the United States Government by a sitting president. The violation of separation of powers by Trump was not anticipated. Congress did not think that they would ever see a president who saw the constitution as something blocking his path to autocratic rule.
The use of television to spread false and misleading information to the public as an attempt to take over the U.S. government could not have been foreseen by our founding fathers. Nor did we ever imagine voters or anyone would actually support or vote for such an individual.
Protections were not put in place for a president that used the courts for his own political gain and a lie campaign. And who would have imagined that so many people would actually listen only to a fake news station or support a sore loser with psychological disorders and a criminal disposition?
There are so many lines that have been crossed that have never before been violated that those fighting against this corruption are overburdened. Presidents were always honored in our country. We didn’t think that they would willfully violate their oath of office and use their sacred power for a multitude of disrespectful corrupt tactics.
A president can shield his conversations and actions through use of laws that were never intended to shield one’s self from corruption and an assault on democracy.

06/28/22 update: The January 6th Committee presented the sixth televised hearing and it was as compelling as the other five:
Trump’s lawyer, Rudy Giuliani had a meeting with Trump on the 4th and immediately afterwards tells White House staffer Cassidy Hutchinson, January 6th “will be great.” Mark Meadows says “things might get real, real bad.” Hutchinson, who had supported Trump and his agenda, was disgusted by what she learned and described Trump as “indecent, vile and uncivil.”
AR-15s and Glocks — semi-automatic rifles and pistols — were reported in the crowd at the Ellipse White House visitor’s center.
Trump said, “I don’t effing care that they have weapons… Let my people in…. Take the effing mags away,” [metal detectors] according to Hutchinson.

02/18/22 UPDATE: A federal judge says Trump can be held liable for the January 6th attack and damages that may be awarded through individual civil lawsuits. The judge said that Trump is not protected by executive privilege during the period of time in which he was inciting the insurrection because at that time he was not acting within his capacity as the president. Directing a mob to attack the Capitol and then doing nothing about it is not an official presidential duty. Attempting to remain in power after he lost the election is not a presidential duty.
The families of those that were killed in the Capitol attack, as well as those who were injured will undoubtedly seek large settlements. If they succeed and they probably will, Trump will be paying the damages out of his own bank account. This will be a problem because his private businesses are losing hundreds of millions of dollars and banks do not want to make loans to him.
The Trump family is not happy. I still believe that Trump will be subpoenaed, indicted, arrested and sent to prison on the criminal charges he is currently facing.
01/31/22: Over the weekend at a Trump rally in Texas former President Donald J. Trump openly confessed to seditious conspiracy (18 U.S. Code § 2384 – Seditious conspiracy) and to aiding and comforting a violent insurrection (18 U.S. Code § 2383 – Rebellion or insurrection). Trump offered pardons to the January 6th insurrectionists should he be reelected president. He was not under duress and the confession was in plain sight in public view.
Seditious conspiracy carries 20 years and rebellion or insurrection carries 10, and those convicted of rebellion or insurrection can never hold public office again.
How you can stay safe
Because our beliefs create our reality, if we learn to believe that the universe is safe, and people are good, we will create that as our reality.
