“You can create your own reality” means that your beliefs, thoughts and emotions manifest as events and objects in your life. “You can create your own reality” can also mean that you do not have to experience what others are experiencing. You can create something different.
A focus on anything you are trying to rid yourself of creates more of what you are focused on because your beliefs and focus determines what you attract and create in life. This explains why people so often get stuck in a life that seems to replay the same kind of experience over and over again.

Thoughts are fields of energy that form matter. We have built a civilization on the division between mind and matter, yet both are the same — consciousness and matter are both composed of electromagnetic fields.
Thoughts combine with similar thoughts and transform themselves into probable events which contain the impetus and pattern necessary to evolve into the complexity of matter.

The problem of acceptance is prejudice, not lack of evidence
There is more evidence that consciousness creates reality than there is evidence that black holes exist. There is more evidence supporting Internal Science theory than physicalism.
I see it all the time in the experiments of young school children. They meditate over jars of rice and the rice that receives hateful thoughts decomposes faster than the control and much faster than the rice that benefits from positive energy.
The problem is that people see only what they want to see because their reality is a projection of their own beliefs. This applies to everyone that has an opinion and scientists often have the strongest opinions.
The idea that inflation is depriving you of what you want is a good example of a logical view that on the surface seems totally reasonable, but in reality only hurts the person that holds it. Thoughts of lack create more lack and thoughts of prosperity bring more prosperity. It’s all about focus and what you are telling yourself is true in your head during the day. We have more prosperity than at any other time in recorded history, prices are incredibly low and abundance is everywhere. Thinking anything to the contrary robs you of your money.
The only way to correct a negative is to change it. This can be done with the resources I provide.
