Trump will likely be subpoenaed and indicted in February.
The first president to be impeached twice in a single term hasn’t even been subpoenaed to appear before a grand jury or the DOJ. Trump has been subpoenaed in criminal and civil cases, however. With the success of the Select Committee hearings, authorities in a position to subpoena Trump will face additional pressure to indict and arrest Trump.
The public outcry for justice should theoretically pressure U.S. Attorney General Merrick B. Garland to subpoena and indict Trump.
Our system of laws was not designed to protect us from a overthrow of the United States Government by a sitting president. The violation of separation of powers by Trump was not anticipated. Congress did not think that they would ever see a president who saw the constitution as something blocking his path to autocratic rule.
The use of television to spread false and misleading information to the public as an attempt to take over the U.S. government could not have been foreseen by our founding fathers. Nor did we ever imagine voters or anyone would actually support or vote for such an individual.
Protections were not put in place for a president that used the courts for his own political gain and a lie campaign. And who would have imagined that so many people would actually listen only to a fake news station or support a sore loser with psychological disorders and a criminal disposition?
There are so many lines that have been crossed that have never before been violated that those fighting against this corruption are overburdened. Presidents were always honored in our country. The grand jury in Georgia will be given this information and U.S. Attorney General Merrick B. Garland will have to act on it. By clear definition, this is domestic terrorism by a former president. Trump is daring the Justice Department to indict him and is threatening that if they do indict him that he is sending his angry mob after them.
Trump admitted to sending Vice President Pence to overturn the election and when that failed to send a mob to overturn the election. In both cases he was organizing an effort to overturn the election.
We may be surprised when Trump is subpoenaed, indicted and taken into custody. Trump will be indicted and sent to jail or it is a very sad time for democracy and a good year for domestic terrorists.
Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis may be the one to subpoenaed, indict and send Trump to prison. She wrote a letter asking the FBI to protect her after Trump made his threats at his rally over the weekend.
No one knows for certain when Trump will be subpoenaed, indicted and sent to jail, but it is likely happen simply because this is the greatest democracy in the world. Democracies are notorious for being slow to respond to new forms of threat, but when they do, the response is effective.
It may be taking a long time to subpoena, indict, arrest and send Trump to prison, but it probably will happen. When it does, Trump will bawl to his supporters to attack democrats. However, it is unlikely that a mob attack similar to the one on January 6th will occur because Trump is no longer president and his cronies do not want to be investigated or arrested and sent to prison as domestic terrorists.

Photos were presented of top secret documents scattered on the floor in Trump’s Mar-a-Lago residence. Because U.S. Attorney General Merrick B. Garland has previously stated that no one is above the law, it is almost certain that Trump will be subpoenaed, indicted and arrested. And as I have said before, Trump will go to prison.

The Department of Justice has released the redacted affidavit for the search of Mar-a-Lago. Trump may be subpoenaed, indicted, arrested and sent to prison for espionage charges related to the seizure of these documents. The FBI has searched former President Donald J. Trump’s Mar-a-Lago estate in Florida. They raided Trump’s home on a search warrant for classified documents. Trump was in New York answering a subpoena at the time.
In response, Trump is still inspiring violence by throwing out more lies and ignoring the validity of the multiple cases against him. Trump may be subpoenaed, indicted and arrested at any time.
7/27/22: Trump will likely be subpoenaed, indicted, arrested and sent to jail for the January 6th attack because we now know that two top aides to former Vice President Mike Pence appeared in front of a federal grand jury, including Marc Short, Pence’s former chief of staff. DOJ is closing in on Trump.

7/21/22 update: In regard to the January 6th Committee investigation, United States Attorney General Merrick Garland says publicly that NO ONE IS ABOVE THE LAW. This strongly suggests that Trump will be indicted and arrested reasonably soon. The delay is because Merrick thinks he has to start at the bottom and work his way up. If the evidence is at the top he could start there rather than investigate a thousand others first.

Trump effectively tried to kill his Vice President Mike Pence for over three hours.
The January 6th Committee presented a 7th hearing: Former Oath Keeper, Tatenhove says that we should “call things for what they are,” and that “the Oath Keepers was s a paramilitary force that President Trump was engaging. This was an armed revolution that could have been a spark that started a civil war.”
The gallows set up for Mike Pence was “only a hint,” he says, “of what could have happened. We were lucky. It could have gotten much more violent.” With concern for his children’s future he said “I fear for the world, what will happen if we do not hold these leaders accountable for their actions.”

06/28/22 update: The January 6th Committee presented the sixth televised hearing and it was as compelling as the other five:
Trump’s lawyer, Rudy Giuliani had a meeting with Trump on the 4th and immediately afterwards tells White House staffer Cassidy Hutchinson, January 6th “will be great.” Mark Meadows says “things might get real, real bad.” Hutchinson, who had supported Trump and his agenda, was disgusted by what she learned and described Trump as “indecent, vile and uncivil.”
AR-15s and Glocks — semi-automatic rifles and pistols — were reported in the crowd at the Ellipse White House visitor’s center.
Trump said, “I don’t effing care that they have weapons… Let my people in…. Take the effing mags away,” [metal detectors] according to Hutchinson.
The cause of division and conflict
06/16/22 update: The January 6th Select Committee presented a third televised hearing. In it, Vice President Pence was shown saying, “The president said I had the right to overturn the election. I did not have the right to overturn the election.” Pence goes on, “There is nothing more un-American… The vote belongs to the people… not one man,” [paraphrased].
An angry insurrectionists is shown saying, “We are going to drag politicians through the street,” followed by the mob chanting, “Bring out Pence.”
Trump will be indicted and arrested.
02/18/22 UPDATE: A federal judge says Trump can be held liable for the January 6th attack and damages that may be awarded through individual civil lawsuits. The judge said that Trump is not protected by executive privilege during the period of time in which he was inciting the insurrection because at that time he was not acting within his capacity as the president. Directing a mob to attack the Capitol and then doing nothing about it is not an official presidential duty. Attempting to remain in power after he lost the election is not a presidential duty.
The families of those that were killed in the Capitol attack, as well as those who were injured will undoubtedly seek large settlements. If they succeed and they probably will, Trump will be paying the damages out of his own bank account. This will be a problem because his private businesses are losing hundreds of millions of dollars and banks do not want to make loans to him.
The Trump family is not happy. I still believe that Trump will be subpoenaed, indicted, arrested and sent to prison on the criminal charges he is currently facing.
01/31/22 UPDATE: Over the weekend at a Trump rally in Texas former President Donald J. Trump openly confessed to seditious conspiracy (18 U.S. Code § 2384 – Seditious conspiracy) and to aiding and comforting a violent insurrection (18 U.S. Code § 2383 – Rebellion or insurrection). Trump offered pardons to the January 6th insurrectionists should he be reelected president. He was not under duress and the confession was in plain sight in public view.
Seditious conspiracy carries 20 years and rebellion or insurrection carries 10, and those convicted of rebellion or insurrection can never hold public office again.

01/28/22 UPDATE: The January 6th Select Committee subpoenaed 14 “Alternate Electors.” They are looking at how the Whitehouse was coordinating a parade of fake Electoral College certificates in seven states, Arizona, Georgia, Nevada, New Mexico, Wisconsin and Pennsylvania.
Federal investigators are already looking at the possibility that federal law was violated by the existence of matching paperwork showing fake electors lying for Trump. If only one of the fake electors admits to the plot, the entire Trump conspiracy will be proven and seditious conspiracy election fraud charges will be levied on all those involved, including Trump.
Trump will soon be subpoenaed, indicted, arrested and sent to prison.

Trump Whitehouse spokesman, Judd Deer, was also subpoenaed today to seek his knowledge of Trump’s behavior on or around January 6th.
